Hatch Green Chile Powder

This is a favorite of many cooks who want to cut out the extra steps required by the whole pods (our mom cooks with chile powder and thinks there is the ONLY way to prepare green or red chile sauce). Available in Red and Green. Our chile powder has no seed or stem – and is offered in three heat intensities.
You can use in taco meat, sprinkle on eggs or use in meatloaf and many other dishes.
