I had been looking for a jarred green chile without lime which alters the taste. I found this chile which uses citric acid instead. You can't taste it at all. Love it! Now to find a supplier in the albuquerque area.

Great staff and owners, they had amazing service and the food was delicious!!! The salsa there was some of the best I’ve had in a long time and I was told it’s been in the family for 4 generations and you can definitely taste the love and passion.

We went to their new location, just on the other side of town. The staff was absolutely delightful! They even offered to carry our items to the counter while we looked for more and greeted us as soon as we entered. We got quite a haul! They have so many different hot sauces and spice blends as well as anything chilli related! This shop is definitely a must stop if you're in Ruidoso and like heat!
